WP Manage Prime provides online WordPress website management and chatbot development services (the “Service”) for single-site WordPress installations only.
Payment, Automatic Renewal, Cancellation and Refund Policy
By selecting to use our service, you agree to pay WP Manage Prime a monthly fee as detailed on our website. Pricing is subject to change without notice.
Pricing is in US dollars. Payments will be charged to your credit card at the time you sign up and will recur monthly unless cancelled. Your monthly service comes with automatic renewal. Unless you notify WP Manage Prime that you wish to cancel the service before the end of the monthly billing cycle, your monthly maintenance plan will automatically renew and you authorize us to collect the monthly fee using the payment method (credit card) we have on record for you. It is your responsibility to keep your credit card information current. If your credit card payment for services is declined for any reason, services will be suspended until the payment has been successfully made.
You may cancel service at any time within 48 hours of your next billing cycle. We do not offer pro- rated refunds.

Support and Communication of Information to Provide Services
All of our service plans include access to support via email, online chat or through the Help Center area on our site. Help Center gives you the ability to communicate with WP Manage Prime directly for assistance securely once you sign in and create an account. This serves as our support ticketing system. WP Manage Prime will make every effort to respond to your support needs promptly (within 1 business day). All support will be provided according to WP Manage Prime’s standard services practices, procedures and policies. Please note our services do not include WordPress design, site programming or the addition of themes, plugins or updates for commercial plugins such as e-commerce.

Our Service may contain links to third-party web sites or services that are not owned or controlled by WP Manage Prime.
WP Manage Prime has no control over, and assumes no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third party web sites or services. You further acknowledge and agree that WP Manage Prime shall not be responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for any damage or loss caused or alleged to be caused by or in connection with use of or reliance on any such content, goods or services available on or through any such web sites or services. WP Manage Prime may share customer information or data with any third party we have a contractual relationship with so we can provide the requested service for our customers.
We strongly advise you to read the terms and conditions and privacy policies of any third-party web sites or services that you visit.
We may terminate or suspend access to our Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.
All provisions of the Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity and limitations of liability.
You agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless WP Manage Prime, its’ employees, officers, members, agents, directors and third parties from any and all demands, losses, costs, liabilities and claims (including justifiable attorney’s fees) which relate to or arise as a result of your inability to use our website or services, and postings made by you as a user, your violation of any and all terms of this document or your violation of any relevant rules, laws or regulations. WP Manage Prime reserves the right at your expense, to assume the exclusive defense and control of any matter otherwise subject to indemnification by you, in which case you will cooperate fully with WP Manage Prime’s defense of such claims.
Your use of the Service is at your sole risk. The Service is provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis. The Service is provided without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement or course of performance.
WP Manage Prime or any third party providers it engages with will not be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption,) arising out of the inability to use the services on the WP Manage Prime website. The content and services which appear on the WP Manage Prime website may not be free of errors. WP Manage Prime does not warrant that any of the content on its website is accurate, complete, or current. WP Manage Prime may make changes on its web site at any time without notice. WP Manage Prime does not, however, make any commitment to update the materials.
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of Missouri in the United States without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights. If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions of these Terms will remain in effect. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between us regarding our Service, and supersede and replace any prior agreements we might have between us regarding the Service.
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material we will try to provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
